Are your products really safe for kids and pets?

Yes — every product we use is EcoLogo or Green Seal certified, biodegradable, and non-toxic. We never use bleach or harsh ammonia unless specifically requested for sanitization in commercial settings.

What if I'm not happy with the clean?

We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If anything is missed, let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to make it right — at no extra cost.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all. Many clients give us building access codes or hide a key. All staff are bonded, insured, and background-checked.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit cards, Interac e-Transfer, and ACH for commercial clients. Payment is collected after the cleaning is complete.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Absolutely. Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment with no fees. Within 24 hours, a 50% fee applies.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes — we arrive fully equipped with eco-certified products and professional-grade equipment. Prefer we use your supplies? Just let us know.
