What's not included.
So there are no surprises on cleaning day — here's what falls outside a standard visit, and a few policies worth knowing before we arrive.

- Exterior windows or windows above the ground floor
- Mould or biohazard remediation
- Moving heavy furniture or appliances
Need one of these? Ask us — we can often refer a specialist or quote it separately.
Policies
- Parking — street parking or a spot for our team is appreciated; let us know if paid parking is required.
- Key handling — provide a code, lockbox, or key; we'll confirm access the day before.
- Pets — friendly pets are welcome, but please secure anxious or aggressive animals during the visit.
- Lockouts — if we can't access the property at the scheduled time, the late-cancellation fee applies (see FAQ).

Are your products really safe for kids and pets?
Yes — every product we use is eco-friendly, biodegradable, and non-toxic. We never use bleach or harsh ammonia unless specifically requested for sanitization in commercial settings.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If anything is missed, let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to make it right — at no extra cost.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many clients give us building access codes or hide a key. All staff are insured and background-checked.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, Interac e-Transfer, and ACH for commercial clients. Payment is collected after the cleaning is complete.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Absolutely. Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment with no fees. Within 24 hours, a 50% fee applies.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — we arrive fully equipped with eco-friendly products and professional-grade equipment. Prefer we use your supplies? Just let us know.
