SparkSafai ("we", "us") provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Greater Toronto Area. This policy explains what personal information we collect through sparksafai.ca, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Booking details — name, email, phone number, service address, postal code, and any notes you provide when you request a cleaning.
• Contact messages — your name, email, and message when you use our contact form.
• Technical basics — our hosting provider may log standard information such as IP address and browser type for security and performance.

How we use it

• To confirm, schedule, and deliver your cleaning service.
• To respond to your questions and quotes.
• To send appointment reminders and service updates you'd reasonably expect.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are delivered to our business inbox via our form-processing provider and retained only as long as needed to serve you or as required by law. Your browser may also keep a local copy of your booking on your own device (localStorage); it never leaves your browser and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (form processing, email), with cleaning team members who need your address to perform the service, or when required by law.

Your rights
