Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of sparksafai.ca and the cleaning services provided by SparkSafai. By booking a service, you agree to them.

Quotes & pricing

Online estimates are based on the details you provide (property type, size, service, add-ons). If your space differs materially from what was described — for example, additional rooms or heavy soiling — we'll confirm any price adjustment with you before starting work. Promotional codes apply as described at the time of booking and cannot be combined unless stated.

Cancellations & rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a fee of 50% of the booked service. If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the same fee applies.

Satisfaction guarantee

If anything was missed, tell us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we'll return to make it right at no additional cost. Refunds beyond the re-clean are at our discretion.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept major credit cards, Interac e-Transfer, and ACH for commercial accounts.

Access, safety & liability

• Our teams are bonded, insured, and background-checked.
• Please secure pets and store valuables, fragile heirlooms, and firearms before our visit.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improperly mounted fixtures, or items not disclosed as fragile.
• Any damage claim must be reported within 48 hours of the service.

Recurring services

Recurring discounts (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) assume an ongoing schedule; if a recurring plan is cancelled after the first visit, the first visit is re-billed at the one-time rate.

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
